		<description>Very interesting post.  I learned about you through one of my favorite bloggers, Liz Strauss.  This topic is of ongoing interest to me because I am always asked what I do.

When I say I'm a motivational speaker, then they always want to know what I speak on.  When I tell them the different topics, I don't always get a connection but instead a response like, "Oh, coool.  So you get paid X,xxxx for ONE HOUR?"  Sigh.

Very interesting and timely topic.  Well written too!
